Community Rolodex is being built in stages so the system can be tested before it grows.

The roadmap below shows what has been built, what is being tested now, and what would require additional funding, partnerships, and infrastructure.

PHASE 2 — NAVIGATION PILOT

Test a small referral and human-navigation workflow with a limited number of trusted community and professional partners. Learn what families ask for, how much navigator time is required, which barriers appear most often, and what follow-up is realistic.

PHASE 3 — MEASURE & IMPROVE

Track referral volume, contact attempts, connection outcomes, common barriers, partner feedback, client experience, and resource accuracy. Use the findings to improve the workflow and define meaningful outcomes.

PHASE 4 — INFRASTRUCTURE

Build stronger data, referral, deduplication, timestamp, privacy, reporting, and relationship-management systems. Evaluate tools such as Salesforce based on what the pilot proves is actually needed.

PHASE 5 — SUSTAINABLE GROWTH

Develop a blended funding model that may include grants, funded pilots, navigation contracts, community partnerships, donations, and other mission-aligned earned revenue. Expand staffing and geographic reach only as the service model proves sustainable.
