A long list of resources is not always enough. Community Rolodex is being built to help people narrow options, understand where to start, work through barriers, and find realistic next steps. The resource system works behind the scenes so the public experience can stay simple and human.

We help narrow realistic starting points and available options.
When available, people may request 1:1 navigation, join a navigation group, or connect with other community supports.
Follow-up and feedback help us understand what worked, what barriers remained, and how the system can improve for the next person.
Community Rolodex is currently in a pilot and development stage. We are building relationships with community and professional partners, preparing navigation and group programs, developing volunteer and Community Wish opportunities, and creating the systems needed to grow responsibly.
Community members can also get involved by volunteering, sharing or updating resources, donating, sponsoring community needs or programs, and exploring partnership opportunities.
Community Rolodex does not sell referrals or preferred placement. Donations, sponsorships, grants, and future contracts may support navigation, programs, technology, staffing, and community access, but they do not determine which resources are recommended.
