Community Rolodex

Relationships before resources.

A human services ecosystem and hub where community wisdom guides thoughtful connections, not just listings. Built with transparent progress, step by step.

Community ROLODEX

Community Rolodex is building a human-supported way to help people find realistic community resources and know where to start. During our pilot, we are testing simple pathways for people, families, and professionals to connect with trusted local support.

Working Project

Built alongside our neighbors, step by step. Constant Learning & Growing.

This isn't a static directory. We're actively building and learning with our community to ensure every connection truly serves.

Our Foundation

Support, Community, Connection through Continuous Growth & Learning Delivered in One Place.

A long list of resources is not always enough. Community Rolodex is being built to help people narrow the options, understand where to start, and learn from what happens after a referral. The resource system works behind the scenes; the public experience should stay simple and human.

1. Tell us what you are looking for.
2. We help narrow realistic starting points.
3. When human navigation is available, a real person can help work through barriers and next steps.
4. Feedback helps us improve the resource system for the next person.

Community Rolodex is in a pilot and development stage. We are testing workflows with a small number of community and professional partners, learning what people actually need from navigation, and building the systems required to grow responsibly.

Community Rolodex does not sell referrals or preferred placement. Financial support, sponsorships, grants, or contracts may help fund navigation, technology, staffing, and community access, but they do not determine which resources are recommended.

Human Services First

Access That Works

Community Guided

People, relationships, context, and real-world access come before technology.

A resource is only useful if someone can actually reach it. We focus on realistic options, barriers, and what happens after the referral.

Community feedback, professional insight, and lived experience help improve the system over time.

Help build a more navigable community.
Support can help fund human navigation, resource verification, technology, pilot evaluation, and free access for community members.
