Use the Find Help or navigation request pathway when available. Community Rolodex is currently in a pilot and development stage, so direct navigation may be limited as capacity grows. If navigation is not currently available, we will clearly share the best current option.

WANT TO REFER SOMEONE?
Professionals and community partners can use the designated referral pathway to connect a person or family with Community Rolodex. Organizations interested in becoming a referral or pilot partner are also welcome to reach out.

WANT TO JOIN A GROUP?
Use the group interest or enrollment pathway to learn about available navigation groups, upcoming programs, and scholarship or reduced-cost options when offered.

HAVE A RESOURCE TO SHARE OR UPDATE?
