Community Volunteer Support

Personalized 1:1 support for people who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure where to begin. We help you identify priorities, understand options, find useful resources, and create realistic next steps.

Navigation may include intake, resource matching, an action plan, and follow-up. Sliding-scale pricing, scholarships, and sponsored spaces may be available.

Practical groups focused on learning, connection, self-advocacy, and skill-building in a supportive, non-clinical setting.

Offerings may include free Life Navigation, Career Navigation & Interview Preparation, and Growing Together groups shaped by community feedback and changing needs. Scholarships and sponsored group spaces may be available for paid programs.

Community Wish Partners help fill practical gaps that may keep someone from using an existing resource.

Support may include transportation, essential items, children’s needs, pickups, school or work necessities, and sponsored access when available. We look first at what trusted community organizations already provide so we can fill gaps rather than duplicate services.

Enrollment Steps

Pricing & Accessibility

Getting started is simple and designed to help us understand what support may fit best.

1. Complete the Enrollment Form
Tell us what you are looking for, what you have already tried, your availability, and any barriers that may affect participation.

2. We Review Your Information
Community Rolodex will determine the most appropriate next step. That may be a 1:1 navigation appointment, group enrollment, a waitlist, scholarship discussion, or connection to another community resource.

3. Begin Your Next Step
We will contact you with scheduling or enrollment information and explain what to expect before you begin.

Completing the form does not obligate you to participate or pay for a service.

1:1 Community Navigation
Suggested contribution: $20–$60 per navigation episode, which generally includes an initial session, resource research when needed, an action plan, and follow-up.

Life Navigation Group
Free.

Career Navigation & Other Groups
May be free, low-cost, sliding-scale, or scholarship-supported depending on the program.

Scholarships and sponsored spaces may be available. If transportation, childcare, cost, disability, scheduling, technology, or another barrier affects your ability to participate, please let us know during enrollment.

Cost should not be the reason someone is unable to ask for help.

Not sure where to start?

You do not need to know exactly what service you need before reaching out. Community Rolodex can help you sort through options, identify barriers, and figure out the most realistic next step.

Sometimes that means working with us. Other times, it means helping you connect with another organization that is already better equipped to meet your need.

Finding the Right Next Step

Community Rolodex was built around a simple idea: finding a resource is only part of the process. People also need to understand their options, decide what fits, work through barriers, and know what to do if the first connection does not work.

Our programs are designed to offer practical support without taking over. We want participants to leave with clearer next steps, stronger self-advocacy skills, and a better understanding of the community resources available to them.

We also believe support should be flexible. Some people may only need one conversation. Others may benefit from a group, follow-up, scholarship-supported participation, or help overcoming a practical barrier.

Whenever possible, Community Rolodex works alongside existing organizations rather than recreating services that are already available. Our role is often to help make those resources easier to find, understand, and actually use.
